First 10-Tonne CPT Crawler for CPT Intrusive

Gouda UXO-Equipment recently welcomed Jack, owner of UK-based CPT Intrusive Ltd, to our facilities in Hillegom for the final inspection and acceptance of their first 10-tonne CPT crawler rig.
The visit provided an opportunity to inspect the completed machine, review its technical features and discuss the final details before delivery to the United Kingdom.
Built for demanding field operations
The crawler rig is powered by a Deutz TCD2.9 diesel engine delivering 55.4 kW and features a robust D2 undercarriage combined with a load-sensing hydraulic system.
Equipped with a 100 kN penetrometer pusher and a pulling capacity of 260 kN, the machine is designed to support CPT and intrusive investigation operations.
The rig offers radiographic remote control of driving and levelling functions, while CAN-bus-based controls and a touchscreen panel PC inside the cabin provide the operator with control over the machine’s functions.
Final inspection before delivery
For Gouda UXO-Equipment, the final inspection is an important step in the delivery process. It allows customers to see the completed machine, review its configuration and discuss any remaining details directly with our team.
The visit also provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen our relationship with CPT Intrusive Ltd and ensure everything was ready for the next stage.
We thank Jack and the CPT Intrusive team for their trust in Gouda UXO-Equipment and wish them many successful projects with their new crawler rig.
